Our Admission Process

A simple, transparent, and collaborative 4-step journey to enroll your child.

Inquiry & School Visit

Visit our campus located at Ujiyar Bahera, Imamganj between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Our admission counselor will personally guide you through our modern facilities and help you understand our curriculum.

Registration

Collect the registration form from the school office or download it from our website. Submit the completed form along with the necessary documentation for processing.

Interaction & Assessment

Nursery to UKG: Informal interaction with the child and parents to understand developmental milestones.
Class I – IX: A basic written assessment in English, Hindi, and Maths to gauge learning levels.
Class XI: Based on Class X Board results and a stream-specific aptitude discussion.

Admission Confirmation

Selected candidates will receive notification within 3 working days. Admission is formally confirmed upon document verification and payment of the admission fee.

Fee Submission & Final Docs

Complete the admission formalities by submitting the required session fees and any pending academic documents to the office.

Welcome to the family! Attend our parent-student orientation session to meet your teachers and get ready for an exciting academic year.

✔ Copy of Student's Birth Certificate

✔ Aadhaar Card copy (Student & Parents)

✔ Previous Class Report Card (Class I onwards)

✔ Original Transfer Certificate (Class II onwards)

✔ Character Certificate (if applicable)
